Beyonce Shuts Down Super Bowl XLVII and Twitter!

And “King Bey” does it again. Making history, singer Beyonce shuts down the Super Bowl XLVII half-time performance as fans expected! That isn’t the only thing she shut down though. Literally seconds after the performance twitter became over capacitated, while tweeters clogged the site buzzing about the flawless performance.

            Not only was she stunning as usual, but also her performance was almost too perfect to be live. The stage effects were creative, she performed almost all of her hit songs from old to new, and the dancing was on point.

            With this performance being one of the most highly anticipated, there were rumors spreading around that Beyonce’s former group Destiny’s Child was going to perform with her during the show, and it was true! My twitter timeline seemed to be very excited about this. I wonder if this means they will be working together in the future?

I think its safe to say this will be one of the most talked about/remembered Super Bowl half-time performances since Janet and Justin in 2004.

Chris Brown/Frank Ocean Altercation

Just a few days ago it was reported that two hit R&B singers Chris Brown and Frank Ocean were involved in a physical altercation at a recording studio. The two stars apparently had “beef” that started over tweets, and carried over to the studio when Chris Brown allegedly parked in Frank Ocean’s parking spot.

Some words were exchanged, and Frank Ocean allegedly made a comment about Rihanna, or what ever, and a fight broke out. What’s sad about this whole situation, is not only why it started, but the fact that Brown’s entourage joined in the fight, jumping Ocean. Poor Frank.

      But what’s really going on with Chris? In 2009 Chris beat up his girlfriend Rihanna. In 2012, Chris was involved in a fight at a club in New York with rapper Drake, and now this. And it seems that the connection between the outbreak of three incidents is little miss Rih Rih.  So, could it be his sexy singer girlfriend who brings out his aggressive side? Could it be that he just has anger problems? Or could it be… drugs? Look at chris in 2011/2012...

      

Okay, I’m getting a little off topic now, but really though. The singer “slash” rapper has definitely done quite a bit of aging over the course of a year and is looking less healthy than he ever has. Just something to think about…

My closing statements: All you faithful team “Breezy” fans out there, I commend you. You still love, praise, worship, and defend this “man.” Nobody is perfect, but when does the line get crossed?
